If CONSUMER is not satisfied with his or her purchase, CONSUMER can return the product(s)/equipment to WALTHER for a full refund within 30 days
of the purchase/acquisition date, as determined by Dealer receipt/invoice. Refund will include the cost of the firearm and tax only.
Shipping charges and FFL transfer fees are not refundable. Refund will not exceed MSRP pricing shown on www.waltherarms.com.
Product(s)/equipment for return must be packaged to ensure safety and sent to WALTHER in strict accordance with the shipping instructions
provided to the CONSUMER via email. ALL PRODUCT/EQUIPMENT RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF WALTHER’S FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE ("FFL").
CONSUMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRINTING AND INCLUDING WITH HIS OR HER SHIPMENT A COPY OF WALTHER’S FFL, WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED TO CONSUMER BY EMAIL.
CONSUMER MUST ALSO INCLUDE A COPY OF THEIR VALID ID. NO AMMUNITION CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT. All shipments shall be postmarked no later
than 30 days from purchase/acquisition date (as reflected by DEALER receipt/invoice, not the date the CONSUMER took ownership of the
product(s)/equipment). Following receipt, WALTHER will inspect the item to ensure it has been fired and remains in good condition and
free from signs of damage or abuse, and that all parts/accessories, including but not limited to magazines, are included. If the
product/equipment meets such criteria and passes inspection, CONSUMER will be issued a full refund via check mailed to the address
provided on return request form within 4 to 6 weeks. WALTHER reserves the right to decline or refuse any refund if the product(s)/equipment
fails the inspection process (due to missing parts or otherwise) or is returned outside the 30-day return period. Law Enforcement models,
Colt models and used guns are not included. Offer applies to brand new Walther Firearms purchased with the past 30 days.
Walther reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time.
